The demand did not stop. It is shopping for a new supplier.
You laid it out clearly on our call. With the Iran crisis, shipping lines will not sail the region and insurers will not cover the cargo, so trade through that corridor has slowed to a crawl. But the buyers who were being supplied out of Dubai, especially across North and Northeast Africa, still want the product. They are actively looking for alternative sources, and South Africa has always been one of the suppliers feeding that Dubai pipeline.
That is a window. Tradeport's exports division can be the answer those buyers find, but only if you are visible where they are looking. And where they are looking has changed: it is still Google, and it is now also ChatGPT, Claude and the other models being used as search engines. As you put it, the game is search engine optimisation, but for the LLMs too.
This proposal is the system we walked through on screen: a marketing team of AI workers that share one brain, run by one person inside Tradeport, producing the plan, the content, the visibility work and the reporting. You keep the judgment. They carry the load.
One person, running a full marketing team
This is not a bot you hand the business to. There is always a human operator: one person inside Tradeport directing the work, reviewing the output, and approving what goes out. That one person operates a team of specialist AI workers, the same way a marketing manager runs a department. Nothing posts, sends or spends on its own.
- 1
Your brain. Tradeport's story, products, markets and goals, captured into one private, searchable knowledge base that you own. Every AI worker draws from it, so everything they produce sounds like Tradeport and serves Tradeport's goals, not a generic tool's guess. One unified brain, exactly as we agreed: no tiered access layers for now, because one person is running it. You can add tiers and more departments later without rebuilding.
- 2
Your workers. Five specialist AI workers, each owning one clear marketing job, all working from the same brain so nothing sits in a silo.
- 3
Your Chief of Staff. A manager layer that tracks what every worker did, catches what is off, and briefs your operator: what got done, what is working, what needs a human decision.
- 4
Portable by design. We build the brain so it is not married to any one AI model. Claude is the best today; if something better arrives next year, the same brain lifts straight into it. Your investment compounds instead of resetting.
Your starting team of five workers
Marketing first, exactly as we agreed. Each worker is trained on your brain and built to a clear SOP, the same way you would onboard a human hire.
1. Market Research Agent
The one you watched work live on our call. It fans out across platforms and sources, comes back with real data and verified links, and pairs everything with Tradeport's own position. Its first job: map the export opportunity properly. Which markets are buying, what they were sourcing through Dubai, who else is chasing them, and where Tradeport can win.
2. Search Visibility Agent
Your own words: SEO, but for the LLMs as well. This worker handles both. Classic Google optimisation so buyers searching for South African suppliers find Tradeport, plus AI-search optimisation so that when someone asks ChatGPT or Claude who can supply what they need out of South Africa, Tradeport is in the answer.
3. Content Engine
Takes the marketing plan and produces the material: website copy, posts, articles, images and visuals, all in Tradeport's voice, all grounded in the brain. Your team goes from blank page to reviewing finished drafts.
4. Video Producer
What I showed you on screen: give it raw footage and it cuts, edits, brands and formats the finished video, then prepares it for each platform. Video stops being the bottleneck it is for most companies.
5. Publisher and Analyst
Posts the approved content where it needs to go, tracks how everything performs, and reports back plainly: what is landing, what is not, and where the next month's effort should move. Marketing decisions run on data, not hunches.
The first deliverable out of this system is the thing you asked for directly: a written, researched marketing plan for the export opportunity. The workers then execute that plan week after week.
What this can do, and what it honestly cannot
This system will make Tradeport visible, consistent and fast. It will research the market properly, produce more quality material in a week than most teams produce in a quarter, and put you in front of buyers searching on Google and asking the AI models. That part is real and I showed it to you working.
What it will not do is close an export deal for you. Your trade runs on relationships, trust and reputation, and the final conversation will always be a human one. The system's job is to make sure that conversation starts far more often, with buyers who already know who Tradeport is.
It also needs two things from your side to work: a proper setup, which is what this proposal covers, and one person internally who runs it. Training that person is included in the build.
Brain first, then your team, fast
Week 1 to 2: capture the brain
We capture Tradeport's knowledge for the marketing scope: the business, the products, the export markets, the voice. You talk, it listens, and any documents you have get read in. The Market Research Agent runs its first full sweep of the opportunity in parallel.
Week 2 to 3: the plan and the workers
You receive the written export marketing plan for review. We stand up the five workers and the Chief of Staff on your accounts and connect your website, social profiles and email.
Week 3 to 4: your operator takes the keys
We train your person to run the department, hand over the SOPs and documentation, and the system starts producing under their direction. Real output in weeks, not months.
On security: the brain holds business knowledge, so it runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure under commercial agreements, is never used to train public models, and lives in your accounts, not mine.
You own all of it. I am the mechanic, not the landlord.
Everything is built on your accounts, in your name: your AI subscriptions, your brain, your logins, your integrations. Nothing runs on Asmal Digital's software and nothing is rented from me. If you ever want to walk, you keep the entire team.
And when you are ready to expand beyond marketing, into other parts of the business with tiered access for different teams, we extend the same brain. We build on what exists. We never rebuild from scratch.
Who I build these systems for
This is the same system I run my own business on and build for clients from Dubai to Durban.
John Assaraf, CEO of NeuroGym
New York Times best-selling author, featured in The Secret. I have served as Head AI Faculty for John Assaraf's Mastermind of business owners for the past year, and as an AI consultant to his company NeuroGym. His recorded words: "He has blown everybody out of the water... Muhammad gets a level 100 out of 100 recommendation from me."
Stewart Miller, global fitness entrepreneur
Founder of Dubai's Platform Studios, and through the clubs he created he has introduced over 2 million people to exercise. Today he is co-founder and CEO of LiveWire Production, a premium fitness content studio, and is launching his new club, ARKHE, in Dubai. Stewart has been my client since 2023, one of my first AI clients: we run AI across his group of companies, from team training to automation to his own AI operating system.
Jacine Greenwood, Roccoco Botanicals
Founder of a $30M global skincare company. She earned back her investment within 4 weeks of us starting.
One build. A team you own.
Here is everything that goes into your Phase 1 marketing department. The system behind it, the brain plus a staff of AI workers, is a $20,000 engagement when I build it standalone. This is one package: every piece depends on the brain, so it works as a whole, not as a menu.
| What you get | |
|---|---|
| Your brain: Tradeport's knowledge captured into a secure base you own | |
| The export marketing plan, researched and written from real market data | |
| Five custom AI workers, each trained on your brain | |
| Your Chief of Staff oversight and briefing layer | |
| Integrations: website, social profiles, email | |
| Setup, SOPs, and training your operator to run it | |
| Full standalone value | $20,000 |
| Your build | $7,500 |
A single build fee for the full Phase 1 marketing department: your brain, your export marketing plan, your Chief of Staff, and five custom workers, installed on your accounts and owned by you. Not a subscription. Not locked to any platform.
As you grow
More workers or more departments later build on the same brain, so you only ever pay for the new build, not the whole system again. You scale this in steps, never in one lump.
Optional care package
If you want me keeping the system tuned and current as the tools shift month to month, there is an optional care package from $1,000 per month. Entirely optional. The build is yours either way.
Running costs, stated plainly
The system runs on your own third-party subscriptions, billed to you directly: as I mentioned on the call, roughly $20 to $200 per month for the AI model depending on how hard your operator drives it, plus around $100 per month for image, audio and video tools once everything is switched on. I tell you exactly what each one is for before you turn it on.
Proposal valid for 14 days. Payment: 50% to begin, 50% at handover.
Built to run, owned by you
You own everything
Every part lives in your own accounts in plain, portable files. If you ever stop working with me, you keep the whole team.
Marketing first, on purpose
We prove it in one department before a cent goes anywhere else. When it is working, you decide what the brain learns next.
Next step
Take this to your father with the same link: https://team.asmaldigital.com/ I sent you on the call. If it helps, I will happily get on a short call with you both and walk him through the same live demo you saw. When you are ready, say go: I send the invoice and the private link that starts building your brain, and we begin.
I know the family-business world and I know this trade corridor. This is built to make Tradeport stronger, on your terms and at your pace.
